A large and rare Chinese 'chicken-head' ewer, with dragon handle and two lugs to either side, covered in a thin pale olive glaze running down the sides and stopping well above the foot to expose a large area of the light grey stoneware body.

Provenance: A Bath, UK, collection. Originally purchased in Hong Kong.
